Deposit: The deposit is the amount of one hour of your requested session and must be paid within 24 hours of your request being accepted. An invoice will be sent for the deposit upon acceptance of your request and must be paid within 24 hours of your request being accepted. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date will result in your requested booking time slot to be made available again for others to book.
Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens. Should you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, your deposit will be refunded (typically 3 to 5 days depending on your bank). Cancelling within and including 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Late Arrival: Time is valuable for the both of us. While we aim to minimize technical setup that eats into your recording time, we also expect that you show up on time. Should you show up late, you will still be charged the full amount for your scheduled booking time and the scheduled booking time will remain the same.
No Show: Like mentioned above, time is valuable for the both of us. Not showing up for your scheduled booking will result in the full amount of your booking session being charged.
